Works well. I have it hooked up and I'm using it now. You can try it before buying. I'm selling it because I need a bigger unit after moving into a bigger place. I used it for 2 years at my old townhouse and it worked great in a 12x12 room. It has 2 hoses which is way more efficient than 1 hose units. One house units create a vacuum and draw hot air into your house. 2 house units have air in and out house so no vacuum is created. This unit also has a condensate line so moisture is removed from the room (less humidity). I bought this AC used so I don't know how old it is and it does not have a remote. But it works well and blows really cold. It also has dehumidifier and fan settings. Text is the best way to contact me.
