As heading says always stored inside I paid 220 US for the digital meat thermometer alone
It is well seasoned, I don't clean it out as that ruins the seasoning but always wash and clean racks and bowl keep in basement all winter
wouldn't sell but upgraded make me a reasonable offer I live outside of balgonie but can bring into city and you pick up or I take to your door for another 20.00
Does come with some mesquite pucks
