Spare room was just a storage room, but now it's all clean and ready for you! If you're curious about the dimensions, the bedroom is 9' x 15'. You have a walk through closet and you're own private bathroom & shower.

I've been in this building for 2 years now.
It's a good place to live. I haven't had any terrible experiences since living here. All my interactions with other residents have been positive.

I generally keep to myself and live a simple lifestyle. I don't really have guests over, mostly just a family member once in a while. I very rarely drink, if I do, it's just a beer or 2. I don't smoke or do any drugs.


The building is pet friendly. I have a 12 year old diabetic cat.

We will split bills pretty evenly. Your half will be as follows:
- Rent: $835 ($1675 total)
- Internet: $35 ($72.45 total)
- Power: $35 - $80 ($75 to $175)

There are multiple parking options available. These are to be requested through the building management if so desired.
- Street parking: Free
- Surface parking spot: $50
- Heated underground spot: $85

There is a small gym for us residents to use. Also, the building backs on to the parking lot for the Beaumont Rec Center.
