About Us
At Sleepm, we believe that quality sleep leads to a better life. We specialize in premium sleep solutions—from luxurious mattress toppers to innovative wellness products—and we're growing fast. We're now looking for a passionate, goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our Toronto team.


✨ Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide personalized product consultations
Introduce and demonstrate our sleep solutions (mattresses, toppers, pillows, etc.)
Guide customers through purchasing process and offer after-sales support
Keep track of customer needs and provide feedback to the team
Help maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment
Occasionally assist with events or product presentations


✅ Requirements
Strong communication and people skills
Fluent in English
Experience in retail, customer service, or direct sales preferred
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and result-driven
Willing to learn and grow with the team


Working Hours & Compensation
