It is in the basement of a detached bungalow house and you will be sharing the basement with 2 other tenants (male). As a result we are looking for a male tenant.

- The room is for one person only (no co-habitation in a single room is permitted)
- Kitchen is a shared space and furnished
- You will have a shared bathroom with one other tenant
- Side entrance to the unit
- The room is NOT furnished.

Since it is a shared unit we expect tenants to be courteous and respectful of noise at night.
