Besides the room there is my friendly roommate who is a 4th year engineering student at the UofA who you will share the kitchen, washroom and laundry with. Dont worry he keeps to himself
Bus stop is just a street away. 5-10 minute bus drive distance from UofA
No smoking inside
The room is available until August 31st
Those who secure and move into the room before 1st of July will only pay half of Junes rent ($400) since the add is posted around mid June, but negotiable depending on how close to July you move in
If you intend to stay until August 31st, you are welcome to do so, but please leave by the next morning.
