We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-rounded in general repair and maintenance work with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and/or commercial properties
Electrical and plumbing repairs (basic)
Carpentry work and furniture assembly
Painting, patching walls, and minor drywall repairs
Appliance installation and repair
General troubleshooting and fix-it tasks
Ensure all work complies with safety and building regulations
️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Excellent communication and time-management skills
✅ Preferred:
Trade certifications (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Experience working in customer homes or commercial properties
Own tools (a plus, but not required)
