We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Sales Representative to join our Cambridge, ON office. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a solid understanding of cross-border freight and a passion for logistics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch operations for Dry Van and Flatbed (Rolltite) units

Develop and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships

Secure loads from freight boards
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups/deliveries
Quote rates and negotiate contracts with clients
Track shipments and resolve service issues

Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching and/or freight sales
Knowledge of North American geography (Canada–USA lanes)
Familiarity with TMS systems and load boards
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preference will be given to candidates with flatbed experience
