Hello potential roommate, we have a room for rent on the main floor of a house in Brentwood, near the University of Calgary and Brentwood station. The room is available for the end of June/ July 1st. The main floor is occupied by 2 male grad student attending the University of Calgary, while the basement is occupied by a girl who is taking disability studies. I also have a 8 month old large breed dog who is very friendly with people and dogs and has a ton of energy. So something very important is You must Love dogs! If you do the situation is a total plus, if not it would be somewhat of a challenge as he is very high energy and can be a lot of work.

We are all quite personable and get along, though we all take our studies seriously, so ideally another student or at least another person who closely matches our schedules, such as someone who works regular hours would be ideal. The room is not furnished, but can be as the previous tenant is looking to sell her stuff.. Rent includes everything, including parking at the front. We share the kitchen and living room.
