Purchased in July 2022, I've used the unit for less than 3 seasons. It gets removed after the summer so it never stays out during the winter months. The only reason I am selling it is because I bought a wall mounted unit. 

It is in great working order. 

At the bottom right corner where the cord is, I use a piece of tape to securely close the front panel as only that one corner does not close completely. 

There are some tape marks on the side.

I will include the Curtain Panels.

I will also include the heavy duty Ivation Mounting Support Bracket. Which is valued at $145.
