SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at Combine World. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various loading equipment to ensure the efficient movement of agricultural machinery and parts within our facility. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload agricultural machinery and parts from trucks and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate shipping and receiving of products, maintaining inventory integrity.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse for optimal workflow and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role in a warehouse or agricultural setting.
• Valid forklift certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., crane operation) are a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to agricultural machinery is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.

• Pay starting at $20/hr based on experience.
• 40 hours per week. Opportunities for OT likely.
• Seasonal - until the end of harvest season (Oct 1st).
