This rod originally sold at retail in the $300 range. It was super sensitive and super strong. This was one of the rods I used flippin for lunkers when I won the Pro Bass Classic in 1989. Unfortunately someone, probably me, stepped on it and broke 2" off the top so it has been repaired (it is now 68") and a new guide has been put on the tip. Still a fabulous rod and a fabulous buy at $50
