DT Reno Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to join our dynamic team! If you're a natural leader, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for bringing projects to life — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing multiple residential and commercial restoration projects

Coordinating subcontractors, timelines, and budgets

Communicating with clients and insurance partners

Managing schedules, materials, and workflow efficiency

Conducting site visits and ensuring quality control

Assisting with estimating and reporting when needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (construction/restoration preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go

Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and health & safety practices is an asset

Valid driver's license and own vehicle required

Position: Full-time | Competitive salary based on experience
