This trailer was guaranteed for use to -30 by the manufacturer and I stayed in it all winter when we put the TMX loop through Jasper park. Although at times it reached -40 I was quite comfortable and nothing froze. It has a rear living area with a large slide out containing a free standing table and sofa with a double hide-A-bed. Kitchen area has lots of cupboard space with a double sink, 3 burner stove with oven and microwave above and a slide out pantry. Has a centra vac and the entertainment system has built in surround sound and roof mounted satellite dish so you can get your favourite shows, games and movies wherever you park. There is a full size shower with skylight and water heater has a 10 gal tank (standard 6 gal) for long showers. Bedroom has a queen size bed with storage underneath and wardrobe is in a slide out with drawers underneath. Roof mounted air conditioner ducted throughout the trailer and 2 fantastic fans also a skylight in the living area. Outside has power jacks, large awning and equalizer hitch is included.
