It's about 2 years old and has been moved from downstairs to upstairs. Excellent and in very good condition. Can be filled with water. I chose playground sand. You could also use softener salt in it depends how hard you wanna hit. Sand is a good base. The sand is in it already it will come with it. So it is heavy.
