Has always been well kept and well maintained. Very nice little unit to bring into a house as it has nice soft but solid rubber wheels not to leave any marks on existing flooring. Is an excellent height for working on almost any taller ceiling project giving you an extended reach of up to 6 ft, assembles and disassembles quickly and easily. Princess Auto sells them, that where I bought this one about 7 or 8 years ago to do a vaulted ceiling all tongue and groove, have used it for a couple times other than that but it basically just sits right now and isn't being used.
