Independent Contractors Wanted – Process Servers (Sudbury, ON area)

A Court Services firm is seeking Independent Contractors to assist with the delivery of legal documents (known as court documents) to individuals involved in legal proceedings.
We are currently looking for Process Servers in the Sudbury, ON area.

This is contract-based work — you are paid per assignment, and you choose when to work.
This is not an employee position.

Training will be provided.
To be successful, you must already be comfortable using:

GPS apps and mapping tools

Printing, email, and digital document signing software

Zoom for online meetings

A smartphone

You will also need to have:

A valid Driver's Licence (must be 18 or older)

Liability and auto insurance

Reliable vehicle

Access to a printer and scanner

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

How it works:
Assignments are typically offered within a 20–25 minute driving radius of your home address, helping you maximize your time and travel.

You will receive great pay for each Completed Delivery and Completed Attempt.
