Grand Tour Autospa is a professional detailing shop specializing in paint correction, ceramic coatings, and high-end automotive care. We work on everything from daily drivers to luxury and exotic vehicles.

The Role:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about detailing and wants to take their skills to the next level. This position combines hands-on detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, and customer interaction. You'll also take a leadership role in the shop, helping to oversee jobs, maintain quality, and assist with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full interior and exterior detailing, including hand washing, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating applications.
• Assess vehicle condition and recommend services to customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help manage workflow and ensure jobs are done efficiently and to a high standard.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with training and mentoring newer team members.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Experience with machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings is an asset — but we're willing to train the right person.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining services.
• Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Valid driver's license.
