One of my lovely roommates are leaving in june, so I will have a bedroom opening up for July 1st. Open to short-term or long-term. The apartment is a three-bed two bath on the third floor of the Vantage building, right by the Save On Foods downtown. The room is 8x10 and is $1,450, including utilities (power, water, & internet). The bedroom shares the shown bathroom with me, and my partner who is gone tree planting. I have a strong preference for a single person, and unfortunately, we cannot accept any more pets. The balcony is definitely a highlight! Fellow gardeners welcome

A bit about us - I work in forestry through out the sea to sky, and as I mentioned my partner jaycey is out tree planting with our doggo thuja for the summer. Our doggo is a lovely aussie/border collie. We are a pretty dang outdoorsy, active and clean house. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
