Job Duties:
1. Hand-picking mushrooms with care and precision
2. Sorting, grading, and packaging harvested mushrooms
3. Following quality control standards to ensure product consistency
4. Cleaning and maintaining picking tools and work areas
5. Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
6. Working in a humid, greenhouse environment

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as an order picker or in agricultural/greenhouse work
2. Full-time availability (Monday to Sunday, morning shifts)
3. Ability to commute reliably to Niagara-on-the-Lake
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a consistent pace
5. Must be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
6. No students please – this role requires long-term, full-time availability
7. Greenhouse experience is an asset
