Located in a huge, beautiful, waterfront property, 5 minutes walk from quaint, downtown Kemptville, This larger fully furnished single room suite c/w a queen (or double) sized platform bed that has an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress c/w a top cooling layer. A refrigerator, a microwave, a night table, a 4 drawer dresser and most importantly a huge 55" 4K ULED google TV c/w Netflix.
You will have access to two bathrooms, one being a 3 piece (on your floor) and the other being a two piece (located one floor below, on the first floor). You will also have access to a huge, beautiful modern kitchen which is not used very much since all of the suites have a refrigerator, microwave and huge 55"4K ULED google TV c/w Netflix. The renters prefer to eat in their single room suites so they can watch a movie or sports game.

Cleanliness: A cleaner that lives on site, cleans all of the common areas and the bathrooms on a weekly basis. For this service each lodger does contribute $13/week ($56/month) over and above the rents quoted.

You will have access to a massive backyard which has a beautiful fire pit area with adirondak chairs and a swinging couch. You will also have access to a dock. you can bring your canoe and kayak. You will also have access to a sauna, that exists in its own private cabin in the backyard. You will be able to comfortably enjoy long summer nights in a screened porch that faces the river, as well as a huge front porch. The river is swimmable and there is a beautiful park with benches and picnic tables on the other bank of the river.
