Underground parking for extra monthly, never used it as I just park on the main street for free.

I am looking to do a sublease for 800$ a month (July and August) prorated price if you move in earlier.

I can do a lease takeover aswell if wanted for 1061$ a month (My rent payment under VEDA's lease contract)
