Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team at Runnymede Barbershop, a busy and well-established shop located just steps from Runnymede Station in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in barbering, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our loyal clientele. Duties

Perform haircuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times

Build strong rapport with clients and offer professional style advice and grooming recommendations

Upsell grooming products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction

Assist with walk-ins, appointment scheduling, and general customer service at the front desk

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that keeps clients coming back

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in barbering with a proven track record of quality service

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience with retail or product upselling is a plus

Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations

Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
