Service Overview
Location: Virtual (Anywhere in Canada) / Physically in Toronto
Time Commitment: 3 – 10 hours/week
Rate: $45/hour
Minimum Engagement: 3 months

Maintain records: vacation, sick days, staff benefits

Invoice preparation & delivery
Customer communication & account tracking
- Accounts Payable
Supplier data entry & bill/expense recording in QuickBooks
Journal Entries & Year-End Support
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
Support year-end closing and audit prep
- Reconciliation
Bank, credit card, and customer account reconciliation
- Financial Statements
Monthly financial reporting
Data analysis for decision-making
