Additions I've added in the many years of ownership include:
External oil cooler with switched fan in 2010
Custom Center console with radio and 4 speakers (due to a glitch, radio has lifetime SirusXM subscription as well) in 2011.
Electronic ignition and coil in 2010 (350$ USD SHIPPING)
LED headlights in 2019 (old ones were too dark)
Upgraded the regular horn for Fiamm highway blaster in 2012
Added a second horn with Fiamm twin air horn kit in 2013. (Sounds like an old Ferrari).
Repairs include:
Rubber Fuel lines replaced in 2018 (changed for high pressure fuel injection line (ethanol resistant)
Fuel tank was removed, cleaned, and powdercoated in 2015. (see images)
Carburetor was rebuilt in 2015 (see images)
Muffler was changed for a stainless steel model in 2014
Tires replaced in 2018(about 1000km)
All 4 Brake cylinders were changed within the last 8 years.
Battery was changed in May 2018 and is on a trickle charger when not being driven.
Sunroof material was replaced in 2019
Chrome door handles & Engine bay lock replaced in 2019
New ignition switch replaced in 2019

Timing Chain and crankcase cover gasket replaced in 2020
new oil pan gasket in 2020
new transmission mounts in 2020
Issues:
Muffler that I recently replaced, was part of a defective batch and has broken, the company sent me a new one but I haven't had the chance to install it, but I'll include it.
The paint isn't perfect and will likely need a respray within 2-5 years.
The front seats are torn slightly
The front passenger seat has a small issue that is more mechanical than anything, it is fixed, but not reclinabile.
The oil pressure guage on the dash is not connected.
Plus:
The car has it's original Fiat tool kit (very rare)
The car has the original Jack
Car was in a commercial: https://youtu.be/0Ab5wO24cA4
