2006 forest river surveyor hybrid

Light excellent little trailer with a couch that folds into a bad, a dinette that folds into a bed and two pop outs on either side. One side is a double and the other side is a queen. (Essentially can sleep lots of people) A bathroom with a small bath and a fridge with a small freezer inside.

There was a slight leak at the connector to the fresh water, so my husband repaired the tanks, pulled out damaged flooring. Braced with a welded cross beam, replaced the insulation and plywood floor and covered with vinyl plank (looks super nice). Other than that no issues!

For serious buyers we can pull it out and set it up so you can see both sides. We are unable to pop it out in our yard so we are happy to pull it out and set it up so you can give it a good look over.

This has been a great trailer for our family last summer. We have just outgrown it and found something that suits our needs more

Furnace, A/C, fridge, water heater everything works and it is still winterized. Does not include the battery.

One thing I loved about this trailer is there is lots of storage.
