We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Live-In Superintendent to manage the daily operations of a 30-room off campus residence for students and young professionals. This is a full-time, on-site position that includes a private living space as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Janitorial Duties: Ensure all common areas (hallways, bathrooms, kitchens) are cleaned and maintained daily.

Leasing Rooms: Show available units to prospective tenants.

Maintenance: Coordinate with external contractors for major issues, and maintain the property's safety and cleanliness.

Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and enforce house rules to maintain a respectful, safe, and quiet living environment.

Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, and report issues to ownership or property management.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be dependable, trustworthy, and capable of managing a diverse tenant population.

Ability to live on-site full-time.
