hi i am looking for an estimate to remove about 800 sq ft of bamboo flooring and installing plank.. i prefer to pay for the materials from timber town separately and ill pay for the pick up. I am looking for the estimate of labor? please have some photos for reference, or a website..I am millwoods by the grey nuns hospital.

Im requiring a written estimate so I am not guessing about "extras"

- labor
- dump fee
- base boards
- time frame
- material pick up

If your too busy to actually come look at it, and give me a total {within a couple hundred}..then this wont work.

I need to book time off for this as I work from home. So need time frame from start to finish.

Not wanting this right now, needing estimates for Jul/Aug
