Local electrical company looking for an experienced electrician/trades person who wants to get off the tools to become a full time service coordinator. The scope of the work includes, but it is not limited to scheduling, service coordination, and admin tasks. The right candidate will:
- have a strong understanding of interdisciplinary services, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and be proficient at customer service with the ability to problem solve quickly
- ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly and effectively with clients and technicians to schedule work
- familiarity with the construction industry is an asset
