1,038,400 max BTU air exchanger. 230 Volt - single stage. 8000 CFM. Converted to run on natural gas. 9'6" long X 5'2" deep X 3'4" tall. Was running when removed. Retails for well over $40,000 with the natural gas conversion. Taking up room and my new shop has heated floors, so I no longer need it. This unit will throw more than enough heat for a large shop or warehouse. Comes with lots of ventilation and temp control panel. Unit is large and heavy, and requires a flat bed to move. Come grab it before someone else does. These are hard to come by. Can arrange shipment if you have equipment to unload it. Price is o.b.o.
