My name is JC and my psychology practice is called Earth of Light Therapeutic Network. I work as a registered psychologist in Canmore.
 
I am looking to share my office space with other mental health professionals (including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and counselors). Depending on their needs and intended use of the space, I would consider subletting the space to other health professionals (e.g. naturopaths, energy workers, doctors) interested in building a private practice in the Bow Valley as well.
 
Situated next to Canmore General Hospital, the Rocky Mountain Professional Center already hosts a drug store and various health clinics, offering a wide range of services, including sports massage, acupuncture, naturopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and family medicine.
 
Located in the heart of Canmore, the office is easily accessible to Bow Valley residents, including Lake Louise, Banff, Harvey Heights, Dead Man's Flats, and Exshaw. It offers free client parking and convenient access with two entrances and an elevator.
 
The office I am subletting is a cozy 192 sq. ft. space that is fully furnished with a sofa, two comfortable chairs, a desk, and a few lamps for soothing lighting. It includes a fax machine, color printer, and Wi-Fi. A hot beverage station and spring water dispenser are available for offering drinks to clients. A massage therapy table can be provided upon request.
 
The office will be rented at the following rate:
Hourly: $25
Half-day: $100 (8h00am to 2h00pm or 2h00 to 8h00pm)
Full-day: $150 (8h00am to 8h00pm)
 
More regular rental schedules and agreements for multiple days a week will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Professionals sharing the space may eventually be using an online calendar to book time slots and make it easier to keep track of bookings and invoicing.
