Job Overview
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a respected company while gaining hands-on experience in the electrical trade. As an electrician, you will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites, assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Wages (Including 9%–10% Vacation Pay):
1st Year Apprentice: $29.00 CAD 9% vacation pay
2nd Year Apprentice: $34.80 CAD 9% vacation pay
3rd Year Apprentice: $40.60 CAD 9% vacation pay
4th Year Apprentice: $48.64 CAD 9% vacation pay
Journeyman: $58.00 CAD 10% vacation pay

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in accordance with Canadian Electrical Code
Run and terminate electrical wiring, conduits, and panels
Troubleshoot electrical issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety regulations, site rules, and company policies
Learn and apply new techniques and industry standards through on-the-job training

Qualifications and Experience
No prior experience required — positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
Basic understanding of tools, math, and electrical principles is an asset
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in construction or trades is an asset but not required
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
