My Pool Guys Ltd. season is in full swing and we are looking for the right fit for our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with construction, plumbing, and reading blue prints.
Must be able to shovel and lift 25-50lbs.

We are looking for a right hand individual who is reliable and able to problem solve with a positive working attitude.

Must have a clean drivers license and be able to meet at our home shop in Chaswood. Ride sharing is available with the occasion to meet onsite. We work from Middle Musquodoboit, Harbour, Dartmouth, Halifax, Tantallon, etc.

Flexible 4 day work week due to the occasional long hours, you have plenty of time to rest between jobs.
Salary is available along with hourly.
Starting at $24/hr
Season goes to Nov 1, 2025
Hat, shirt, sweatshirt provided.

Your duties will include;
- Reading blue prints to mark out areas for inground Fiberglass pools. Must be able to work efficiently to properly follow dig specs to ensure the holes are dug correctly to allow easy installation of Pool.
- Backfill around fiberglass pool to lock in place. Must be able to shovel in tight spaces for minimal time.
- Plumb in jets and skimmer to pool equipment.

- Assist with above ground pool builds and liner replacements.
- Must be able to hold walls and lift liner into place.
- Must be able to crouch and stand frequently.

- Equipment installations. Heaters, Filters, pumps etc.
-Must be able to lift and maneuver product into place when needed.

- Open and close pools for the season
