It's 7 day job, cleaner needs to come everyday
One hour job for 6 days and 3 hour job on weekend

Daily common area and kitchen should be sweep and Mop
Daily all washroom needs to clean
Every weekend
Washroom deep cleaning
Vacuum the carpet
Sweep all floors and mop all tile-floors
In week it's total 6 hours ( mon to sat )
On weekends it's 3-4 hours (Sunday)
Total for week =150
For month it's total $600
And job need to finish by 8 pm
And I am going to pay fix
