I have shared Aircraft space available for rent at the Muskoka CYQA Airport.
The Hangar space is 43' wide x 36' long x 14' tall.
The door opens to 11' tall x 42' wide.

The space can fit an additional Cessna 150 or 172, Piper Cub and or a Zenith. The space will be shared with my Piper Cherokee 160.
Space is super clean. It has Natural Gas Heat, Hydro, Fibre Internet, roughed in Washroom and Snow Removal. You'll have 24 hour gated access to the property and to the FBO.

I will also consider having an Aircraft Mechanic AME tenant to the shared space to complete annuals and general maintenance.

I'm looking for a year round tenant for $900 hst a month.
