We have a 1999 Jayco eagle camper brand new tires brand new jacks all the way around inside is very clean no smell no leaks floors are solid the inside has been completely redone we've never used water or the washrooms but I'm sure they're OK if you're interested give us a call at 519-221-6747 ask for Adam the price is firm and this camper will not last long
