Liberty is a very sweet, well-built mare (Approx16hh), looking for her next home & partner. More than just green-broke: Initially started at approx. 4yrs, then had an additionally 90 days Proff. training, followed by my ownership at which time she was introduced to and used for light trail riding for 2 full years . Liberty is very smart, super trainable & willing and corrects easily. She is not heard bound and rides out alone. Brave, calm and steady headed when encountering wildlife. Although never yet used as an occupation, is cow familiar & displays natural instincts for herding in her body language & demeanor, is quick and agile in her maneuvers with loads of endurance. As her development continues, this girl will definitely be one of those rare special ones in whatever direction you choose to take her!
Unfortunately, due to my development last August of an unrelated & unresolvable health condition, my ability to continue with her came to a halt and I can no longer ride. Hard as it is to see her have to go, she is too good a horse to just let sit. Having had such a great start, I am confident she will only require a bit of a spring refresher to bring her back to where my journey left off with her. Taking into account her adolescence, strong build & athletic ability she is not yet a beginners' horse but is best suited for a confident intermediate or experienced rider in advancing her full potential.
Liberty is very personable and definitely bonds with her human partner. Comes to a whistle no matter where she is out onto our acreage and is first one to meet you at the gate. Has excellent ground manners, ties and is great with the farrier. UTD with Vaccines incl. Influenza & Dewormed, all done this recent May. Is solid and sound with no known health issues of any kind.
This is a quality Mare that is ready to go on with however you see fit. She will not disappoint!
