Shindico is a Winnipeg based, full service commercial real estate organization. We are seeking an experienced, Off-site Caretaker to join our maintenance team.

The Caretaker will be responsible for a 24-suite apartment building in Carman, MB. Duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning of interior and exterior common areas, replacing air exchanger filters, minor maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, grounds maintenance, weed control, maintaining landscaping, shoveling and sanding sidewalks in the winter. The applicant will be required to be available to tenants during evenings and weekends to receive emergency and after hour's calls. This is a part time position and would be ideal for a retired person, but all applicants will be considered.
