In good shape overall. Beds and interior are clean. Electricity is fully functional, and includes an inverter. Propane works for heating. Water pump added for standalone operation. Note: Fridge is functional ONLY on electricity.
Has been reworked multiple times for water infiltration. Currently has no issues and comes with a full cover for storage. Side tents are no longer water proof, but comes with covers which prevents any water.
