Red Seal certified technician with extensive experience in air conditioning, heat pumps, and chiller systems needed for Full Time, Permanent Position

Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing complex HVAC systems with minimal supervision? We are hiring!

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, including chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems (split, rooftop, VRF/VRV, etc.)
• Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, inspections, and service history.
• Collaborate with other technicians when necessary,
• Ensure all work complies with applicable industry codes and safety regulations
• Implement a preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime and ensure the longevity of building systems and equipment.
• Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly, minimizing tenant disruption and ensuring safety.
• Work closely with the property management team to address maintenance requests and identify any concerns regarding HVAC issues, including chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems
Qualifications:
• Red Seal Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including , plumbing, electrical, and general construction is an asset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with residential tenants.
