This is a 42.5 w x 36in w double casement window that is in very good condition. All seals are very good. Hardware is very good as well. Window has been cleaned throughout, all caulking has been removed hardware has been lubricated. One screen has a small hole at very top edge and i used scotch tape to cover it barely noticeable. Very nice window. Im in Comber.
