Blowing out this trailer, we just bought our neighbors lot at lake manitoba narrows, and this was part of the deal. It is huge! And for the age in good shape. Has been parked there for around 10 years.

Selling for a fraction of the value, and you can take the deck as well if you'd like. Have to be able to haul it as i don't have a 5th wheel setup.

As its used, the issues i know of are that the fridge has just a normal fridge in its place, the batteries are missing, the generator might be missing as well. the floor has a crack and i saw that there's a small piece of trim on the front that could get fixed up. plus a bunch of bulbs are burnt out inside. It is still winterized from the previous owners.

They left it quite clean and it looks like an awesome place to spend your summers, has so much room inside!

We might be open to renting out the spot it is currently parked on as well, for the right people.
