The actual length is 36' and it has a push button retractable awning with pretty lights under it and also has vaccuflow. The living room has a couch that makes into a bed, we've actually never even opened it. It has two recliners and a large TV, a fireplace and a built in DVD player, it also has a Shaw satellite dish.
The kitchen has a pantry with 5 big pull out drawers and a double door fridge. The stove is still like new. It has four chairs, 2 in our basement that have never been used and they have storage in them too. There's another counter on the other wall with a ton of storage. It also has small coat closet when you come in the door.
The bathroom has a large shower, it looks small in the picture but it's much longer, there's storage above the toilet and above and below the sink, also has a pocket door.
In the bedroom there's an RV king size bed with storage underneath and an alcove in the wall to hang coats and can put bins on the floor. There's a 6 drawer dresser with a tv above it. In the closet there's a separate apartment size washer and dryer, it does take up some space but for those who are on the road a lot it's the best thing you'll ever get in a trailer!! There are also shelves in the closet.
It has self leveling jacks and brand new batteries.It has a large basement outside that opens on both sides and more storage in the front under the hitch part, the sewer hose also comes with it.
We bought this unit in the fall of 2018, took it to Yuma for 5 months, did a couple of small trips the summer of 2019, then didn't take to to Yuma again until the end of February just for a month and 3 short trips here in Alberta. It has been sitting at our farm for the last 5 years cause we just weren't ready to part with it even though we had decided to retire from RVing. This unit is in excellent shape, been well looked after by us. Oh and no smoking and no pets in it. The trailer is at our farm 20 minutes east of High River.
