WANT to buy: Camper travel trailer, bumper pull or fifth wheel that is well insulated and suitable for year round use including winter. Would prefer a unit that includes washer/dryer or hookups. Minimum 30', working water heater, furnace, AC, fridge, stove, etc. All systems must be in good working condition, no leaks, etc. Not interested in trailers with water or mouse damage or previous issues.
