30 MINUTES OUTSIDE THUNDER BAY. 2 bedrooms, 1 giant bathroom. Lots of acreage to snow shoe, hunt or go for a hike.

This house was built in the 1920's, so it's solid wood, that creaks and groans. Washer and dryer. Internet and propane heat. Fully furnished and appliances included.

I LIVE IN THE HOUSE AS WELL. So shared living quarters.
I love my cats and playing my musical instruments, but I'm quiet and respectful. I am a clean freak, as I have OCD, but I don't turn light switches on and off a hundred times. If you are allergic to cats, then this won't be for you. I am a morning person usually up at 6:30.

Must have steady employment and a vehicle. This house will be available the sooner the better. Looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. No drama, no strange visitors. I don't need the PoPo coming to the house.

$700 a month. First and last required. The internet and hydro is included to cover half of those bills.

Heating is separate and will be discussed upon moving in.

Pets are allowed. CATS ONLY. Exceptions can be made for dogs, just non jumpy ones.

No heavy drinkers or heavy majuana users (last roommate made the house smell like a Willie Nelson concert). Looking for someone between the ages of 20-45, as the stairs in this house are old and narrow.
