We're Hiring – Carpenters & Labourers Wanted!

Extra Edge Enterprise is a family-run business that values its employees and offers full-time work with a steady stream of contracts. We are currently looking for both skilled carpenters and labourers or students who are eager to learn the trade and grow with our team.

Skilled Carpenter Position:
We're seeking someone with experience in residential and commercial carpentry, as well as aluminum and metal work, including:

Soffit, fascia, eavestrough, siding, windows, and doors
The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has a strong attention to detail, and works well independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

Carpentry experience (residential/commercial)
Valid driver's license (trailer experience is an asset)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong work ethic
What We Offer:

Competitive wages: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

6-month performance reviews with annual wage increases

Labourer/Student Opportunity:
We're also hiring labourers or students who are:

Eager to work hard and learn the trade
Ready to lift 50–80 lbs, follow directions, and respect mentors
Motivated to build a career in carpentry or exterior renovations
We will train the right individuals and invest in your development!

Wages:
$17–$22 per hour, depending on experience
