No credit inquiries soft or hard. My credit is poor at the moment due to some embezzlement issues 2 years ago at my company by an ex employee. I need to rent a 1 bedroom place not purchase one. I pay myself between $10-20 thousand a month. I will gladly pay a full deposit and have an excellent reference from my previous landlord (6.5 years) I'm not going to jump through 99 hoops for a property manager to live in there under sized overrated apartment. I travel a lot therefore do not need a fancy place as my monthly living expenses are very high.

I am respectful and diligent when it comes to rent and regularly pay early or months in advance if I'm out of town. I am your dream tenant. I don't drink or smoke I just work. I have owned a company in Calgary for 15 years since moving from London,England. I'm certain I'm looking for a direct owner/tenant relationship no property management companies. Ideally I would like to live within 15 minutes of DT however I will live in Falconridge or Shawnessy or any of these bedroom communities. I prefer the SW. No Forest lawn, Crimeridge,Marlborough or any areas of that ilk(you know who you are) if it's one of these bedroom communities or a basement suite it better check off all my boxes and be spacious and newer. I'll sign a 2 year lease. No weird shared utilities. Must have ensuite washer/dryer. If you want a dependable and honest tenant oozing with integrity call me.
