I have been looking for a clean and well maintained property since we livex here ans we had locates a unit a
199 Darling Street Basement Unit Witch the old foundation walls were collecting water penetration true the crack of the driveway and the 2 corner of the old foundation walls..
Anyway we were force to move out due to the smell of the toxic mold that were not to well predicted as a matter of fact as my fiance was starting to feel sick and we then moved to a motel stay witch we don't have very much space and very poorly maintaineda Ns way over price as we are paying 2200$ per month since witch is a rediculous price.
We are clean quiet and responsible and have a good friendly personality.
Im sure we'd becot quickly the best tenants you'll ever had as we'd be talking care of the property and the surrounding of the outside of the property in well kept order ...
Anyway beside that well I believe that 1700 be the maximum we'd be worth paying for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit anywhere in town ...
If you have something available our of town also ..we might consider as well
