- Clean, organized, no smoking/drinking
- Respectful and communicative
- Open to shared cleaning routines (maybe we can buy one of those robot vacuum later too )
- Preferably someone who doesn't cook heavy meals daily — I plan to keep the kitchen light-use so it stays clean and I usually do takeouts but its no big deal honestly!
