The position is permanent part-time between 20-25 hours per week overseeing the property. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills (written and oral) to represent the company and polices. There are a number of various day to day duties to perform. Ability to multi task with minimal supervision.
General Position Information -
Responding to all inquires as necessary. Rental of units including scheduling and showings to prospective customers. Assisting customers with completion of applications and information required to apply for a unit and processes for approval. Prepare all documents required for the applicant to move into unit. Rent collection and others fees required. Complete move in and move out reports as needed. Along with other duties that maybe required.
Skills required
Experience of 2 years in property management.
Knowledge of Word & Excel programs
Must have a vehicle
On call every 2nd weekend
